1. Overview
This website is operated by Yuyue Home. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yuyue Home.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, inquiry forms, product information, quotations and related services.

2. Business-to-Business Services
Yuyue Home primarily provides hotel supplies sourcing, customization and wholesale services to hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, distributors, contractors and other business buyers.
Product information displayed on this website is provided for general reference. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website is not an online retail store, and submitting an inquiry does not create a binding purchase agreement.
3. Inquiries, Quotations and Orders
Buyers may submit inquiries through our website, email, WhatsApp or other agreed communication channels.
A purchase order becomes binding only after the relevant specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, production time, shipping terms and other commercial details have been confirmed in writing through a quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or other written agreement.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiry or order before written confirmation.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a confirmed quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or sales contract, the terms of the confirmed transaction document will take priority.
4. Product Information and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images and specifications.
However, product colors, textures and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, production batches and manufacturing tolerances.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all relevant details before placing an order, including:
- Product dimensions
- Materials and composition
- Weight, thread count or density
- Colors and finishes
- Logos, embroidery and printing
- Packaging
- Quantity
- Applicable standards or certification requirements
- Intended destination and use
5. Custom and Personalized Products
Many of our products are made according to the buyer’s required sizes, materials, colors, logos, packaging and quantities.
The buyer is responsible for checking and approving specifications, artwork, samples and order documents before production.
Once production of a confirmed custom order has started, changes or cancellations may not be accepted. Any additional costs caused by buyer-requested changes may be charged to the buyer.
6. Samples
Samples may be provided subject to availability and agreement.
Sample fees, customization costs and shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch.
Because bulk production may involve different production batches, reasonable differences may occur between samples and mass-produced goods. Any critical tolerance or requirement must be confirmed in writing before production.
7. Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are quotation-based and may depend on specifications, materials, quantity, packaging, destination, exchange rates and shipping requirements.
Website content does not constitute a final price offer.
Payment currency, deposit, balance payment, bank charges and payment deadlines will be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales agreement.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and company information.
8. Production and Inspection
Estimated production time begins after the required deposit, specifications, artwork and other necessary information have been received and confirmed.
Production and delivery schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
We may coordinate reasonable product inspections before shipment. Inspection scope, standards, costs and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in writing before production or shipment.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, freight charges, insurance, customs clearance responsibilities, import duties, taxes and transfer of risk will be determined according to the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract and agreed Incoterms® rule, when applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production, carriers, port congestion, customs procedures, weather, government actions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and customs-clearance information.
10. Returns, Claims and Refunds
Returns, claims, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any specific terms contained in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or sales agreement.
Buyers should inspect the goods promptly after delivery and report visible damage, shortages, incorrect products or specification discrepancies within the time stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Goods must not be returned without our prior written approval.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, including text, layout, graphics, logos and original images, is owned by or licensed to Yuyue Home.
You may view and use the website for legitimate business evaluation and purchasing purposes.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.
Product images or materials supplied by third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
12. Buyer-Supplied Logos and Artwork
When a buyer provides a trademark, logo, design, artwork, photograph or other content for customization, the buyer confirms that it has the legal right and authorization to use that content.
The buyer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of buyer-supplied intellectual property.
13. Prohibited Website Use
You must not use the website:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To transmit viruses or malicious code
- To interfere with website security or operation

Except for obligations expressly confirmed in writing, we do not guarantee that every product displayed will always be available or suitable for every project, country, regulation or intended use.
Buyers are responsible for confirming applicable import requirements, product standards, certification, labeling and local regulations in the destination market.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yuyue Home will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from a transaction, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or data.
Any liability relating to a confirmed order will be determined according to the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, power failures, government restrictions, port congestion, transportation disruption or supplier interruption.
The affected party should notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific transaction.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction at the seller’s registered location, unless another dispute-resolution method has been agreed in writing.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this website.
The updated version becomes effective when published, unless otherwise stated. Changes will not override the terms of an already confirmed order unless agreed by both parties in writing.
